All Super Duty trucks come with standard rear-wheel-drive 4x2 drivetrains. Two 4x4 systems are available, depending on the model:
- Manual shift-on-stop (MSOS)Â - XL and XLT
- Electronic shift-on-the-fly (ESOF)Â - Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum (also available on XL and XLT)
